Practical advice for parents and carers

Join the first Parent Space event on Tuesday 10 February, a new initiative for parents and carers that will offer parents practical, evidence-based tools to navigate the challenges of everyday family life. This will include support with screen-time boundaries, behaviour challenges, difficult conversations and emotional regulation.

The event is organised by Well Windsor, a parent-led charity, and will take place from 6pm to 8pm at The Windsor Boys’ School.

Don’t let nicotine steal your happiness

Nicotine tricks your brain into thinking smoking reduces stress but your addiction to its cravings increase your anxiety. Yet within a few weeks of stopping, your dopamine levels start to naturally return.

With the right support that works for you - whether its NRT, vapes, wellness coaches, digital aids or medication – you’ve a far better chance of stopping for good.

If you live in the borough, you get 12 weeks of free tailored support. Simply self-refer to start your journey to a less stressed healthier you.
